Be Nice to Everyone!

No-one likes grumpy people and even though you have missed your flight, lost your luggage or your room has been given away you will find the airline and hotel staff more obliging if you are nice! It's probably not life threatinging and definitely not their fault so calmly explain your situation and what you expect to be done and let them do their job. They are usually very good at it and have seen it all before.
