Family get togethers

Recently my three daughters and their family members plus Myself and Husband booked rooms in the same resort tower. Management were made aware that we were one family. On arriving we found that all rooms were on different floors and security access card limitations meant we could not visit each other without two people going down to meet on the ground floor and go back up. CHECK THAT YOUR CHOSEN VENUE WILL MEET ALL YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
