Pack a small 1st aid kit that should include:
#Bandaids,
#Small bandage
#Small roll of tape
#safety pins
#Cotton wool balls
#Small bottle of detol
#Asprin &/or Panadol
#Immodium or gastro stop tablets (incase of that dodgy curry that is now making you run)
#Berocca or similar.


Also don't forget to pack any other usual medications that you maybe taking....travelling whilst sick isn't fun for anyone.
