Jet Lag

Also stay as warm as you can on very long flights.
Drink lots of fluids (non alcoholic) to stay hydrated including using moisturiser to key your face and lips hydrated.
Try to line up your sleeping habits with the location you are flying to and always live the day you land. That means stay awake untill its time to sleep for everyone where you are.
I have been flying for 25 years and have never had jet lag...
Cheers
