Sheryl's TipKeeping children entertainedDepending on the length of the journey purchase small craft activities that the children can do. Place these in a lucky dip bag (doesn't have to be big). As the journey progresses space out the lucky dips into the bag. If you have the type of child that would keep asking for more, then don't do the lucky dip bag but just produce a new activity when they are starting to get really bored. Timing of the little gifts is key and a straight face to say, no I don't have anything else - when you really do! |
