Keeping Documents Together Through Airports

Everyone seems to fumble with Passport, Boarding Pass, Immigration Card, etc through Check in, Customs, Security, Boarding, etc. I travel a lot and a big shirt pocket or one of those concert or event pass (clear plastic) holders and a neck strap works wonders and everything is at the ready.
