Never be without proper excercise - anywhere!


In small spaces or when no gym is available, you can have a good workout anywhere: the old stand-by of FX5 Workout (or similarly named).
A set of 5 different workout moves without tools/weights/etc. performed in a short 5 minute timed special sequence specific to your age - GUARANTEED to work! This originated in the early 1950's by Flight Navy Pilots to keep in perfect shape anytime, anywhere, at any age! (Google it - it works for me for over 50 years!)
