On your iphone use the Utilites App /clock/world clock

Enter all the cities you are travelling to and from. iphone will always calculate the current time in each place whilst still display on the first screen the current time of your existing location. This allows you to know the time of day/date before commmunicating with distance Business, family members and friends.
