Have recently returned from oseas I was sick and tired of our prebooked standard hotel room ending up of the bad side of the view. Havent come half way around the world to look at rooftops in a room no bigger than a shoebox BUT if we booked a delux room from Australia it would have cost a fortune soooooooooooo we asked for upgrade once there and eg in London for only 20 pound got a nice big room with great view. Did this everywhere we went and half the time we were ungraded no charge.
