Pretty much every phone has a camera on them. Take a photo with your phone of your key passport page, insurance document and even credit cards (in case they need to be cancelled if stolen). Email them to yourself for safe keeping in the event that they get lost or stolen. Web access to email means that even if the phone is also lost or stolen you still have a reliable record of key documents
