Travelling with young kids

When travelling with young kids, the unfamiliar environment of a holiday apartment or the new adventures they can get up to sometimes means they end up with bumped knees or minor scrapes. So first thing on arrival, make sure that the ice cube container in the freezer is filled, so that a makeshift ice-pack is always at hand.
